30 years. Female. (Diabetic, diabetic neuropathy, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis) Have multiple recurring abscesses. Diabetes is controlled. In past have used antibiotic nezkil for it but dont want them to occur again and again because they are very painful. Allergic to augmentin.

you have multiple issues and i want to know whether you taking any oral drugs for psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. immunosuppressive drugs are used in psoriatic arthritis which may decrease the immunity of the body and may cause recurrent abscesses. I suggest you to consult rheumatologist for psoriatic arthritis and dermatologist nearby you for psoriasis and recurrent abscesses.
in addition diabetes also results in weak immunity and may lead to recurrent abscesses. consult medical specialist or endocrinologist for diabetes management.
if you are obese then l suggest you to lose your weight.
you have multiple issues. need full history and review of all the medicines using currently. the reoccurring abcesses can be because of weak immunity related to medication of psoratic arthritis or diabetes making her prone to catch infection by certain bacteria that may reside in body and cause these abcesses again and again. you may need nasal swabs culture to look for MRSA ( a bacteria that may reside and cause such abcesses.) kindly book an appointment for all the previous history and further management. stay home and stay safe
