Talk to Dermatologist on Melanoma Doubt

"Assalam-o-Alaikum. I have had a 4mm mole on my stomach since childhood. Last week, it rapidly turned gray with zero swelling and mild pain for only 15 minutes, and now it has reverted back to its normal brown color. I am unable to leave my house and do not have any money for an in-person clinic visit. Could a doctor please review if this rapid color fluctuation could be a sign of melanoma regression or friction trauma, and what my next steps should be? Thank you so much."
