Dear Pt,
I hope you are well. Melasma IF it is ? is a tricky condition... results depends on:
1) reason
2) depth...
It is important to examine so can guide what will be the best possible care/ treatment for you. Applying creams without examining i wont recommend.

I hope it brings some clarity in how to go about the treatment,
