Talk to Dermatologist on Microneedling

Please recommend me anything good which I can use after my first session of microneedling, Can I use dermiVe oil free moisturiser after microneedling with prp (3days after) . My doctor told me not to use anything for 2days ,after that normal routine can be followed , but before this I was using dermive oil free moisturiser by Jen Parma, I have heard I should not use anything containing alcohol or parabens , but now my skin is peeling and rough , wat should I use for hydration which isnt harmful , I'm very worried please
