Talk to Dermatologist on Might Be Fungal Infection But Not Confirm

Dear Doctors, My father have map like pattern on his tongues [Check the image attached below]. We consult with multiple doctors but can't find any proper solution

If he take an antibiotic CECLOR(250mg) 5 to 7 days this spot is removed but after 5 6 it appear again as a small dot and spread on tongue in 4 to 5 days.

From last 45 day he daily take Folic Acid tablet once a time in a day with Water.

I need your help and guidance for this treatment. I don't know what is this it's a geographical tongue, Fungal or something else. Also It's a great help if someone suggest a doctor for this disease.
