Generally moles are not pathologic and are not dangerous at all.
Start worrying if they get bigger in size quickly, change colour, become painful and itchy.

dont use anything without showing it to dermatologist, in person. could cause irreversible damage.
Dear patient, these are not pathogenic and their size very small. Usually people have these kind of moles all over the body. No need to treat unless their size increase and become irregular.

Age :19, no itching, no pain, hardly 2 months since they showed up, no previous diseases at this site, completely healthy they randomly showed up might have just been unaware of them showing one by one but the site was definitely clear 2 months ago, the pictures are taken with iphone 7plus quality, the moles are just tiny really but sure here's more pictures
