I am having these bumps around my nech n jawline they get itchy when I sweat my doc said its molluscum contagious. How can i get rid of this? Its been more than a month

u can go for manual extraction of molluscum but in adults itsa sign of low immunity .u may need a workup (labs).

currently it looks inflamed (red)...
apply fudic cream twice a day for 10days. Molluscum contagiosum needs extraction. and in adults its a sign of low immunity...
I can see the bumps but I cannot make that diagnosis as pic is not of good quality.
If they are Molluscum as you say, they are highly contagious as these are full of virus. There is no medicine for it's treatment. You got it from someone and you will transmit the virus to others.
I spray an extremely cold gas onto these a procedure called Cryo-Surgery and they fall off in about a weeks time.
