Talk to Dermatologist on Mosquito Bites/ Itching

hello. as it is mosquito season me and my family have mosquito bites all over us specially on the arm and they itch so bad. there is no other complication just regular mosquitos. kindly help us by suggesting some otc antihistamine may be, to resolve the itchin. we have used LIDO, jalebian, sprays but the mosquitos just aren't going away.
