Talk to Dermatologist on Multiple Lumps In Armpits

I have multiple lumps in both of my armpits for more than a month now. They began in the right armpit and the lumps there are slowly growing. One of the lumps in my left armpit is growing a lot faster and within 3-5 days it is about an inch and a half. These are becoming painful. I do not have any history. What should I do?
Oh my God you must immediately consult a general surgeon who would do clinical examination and will try to determine what those lumps are. I don't know if Marham has any lady surgeon on board. If not then search for her.
