I have severe dark circles from last 3 -4 years and it's not even lightening at any cost tell me what is it's solution and I think I m suffering from sinus bcz I feel pain in eyebrow and eye area,behind my ears and all over my head and also my skin is so rough after leaving night cream prescribe a good and affordable night cream!!

There are no creams etc that will lighten your under eye dark circles. The only thing that's going to help you is PRP treatment. But I don't know if there is any doctor near you who does Real PRP treatment.
