Talk to Dermatologist on My Scalp Hurts

AoA. I am Facing this Problem for more than 6 Years. Visited many doctors But Zero Results My Scalp Hurt Very Badly if i didn't Shampoo my hair Everyday and Next day if i am going to wash i will lose alot of hair. Normally its Hurt like Someone has Pulled my hair even after washing. also i feel that i have sort of white head on my scalp too. its not like Dandruff But kind of White Heads. Anyone who know the issue..? thank
