Talk to Dermatologist on Nail Discoloration

It could be a serious matter. Although nails are definitely slightly bluish in the index and middle fingers but I also see slight clubbing of the fingers too.
In my opinion you should consult a medical specialist of repute in your city, just to be on a safe side.
