Talk to Dermatologist on Nail Fungus

I have had a yellowish tint on my right toe nail since a few years and since last year it became darker and turned orange a few months ago. It started to peel off its self and then I kept trimming it as well, there is no pain but my nail is not growing properly now. In this year it came off entirely twice and the 3rd time last month half of it came off. It is growing slow and is still yellow. While cutting it, while trimming it, yellowish flakes and powder came out from the nail bed. I used anti fungal ointment but it did not work. Please help me, my left toe nail is also starting to turn yellow from the edges.
