Talk to Dermatologist on Nail Pain- Beaus Line

I’ve been having pain in my nail the nail bed area or the bone (have marked the area in the picture) last year i had the same issue and it was probably because of wearing tight shoes that’s what the dr said. He gave me baycuten-N and leflox and it did get better then 3/4 months later i suddenly noticed beaus line and a deep dent on the side which looked black initially but I tried cleaning it and removed the black/brownish part ( assuming it was dirt trapped in the dent). However that beaus line never went away but kept changing its position as you can see in the pictures below, now it’s quite above and the nail there is very hard and this sudden pain has got me worried cuz I didn’t hurt my nail anywhere or nothing happened. Are these lines serious? And how do i get rid of the pain? (And this isn’t ingrown nail).
