I have noticed 7 to 8 small moles in neck area some r difficult to b seen but touch krna mai feel hta kindly guide wht to do to stop them i m overweight is tht b reason??

Pics are of extremely poor quality. Cannot say if they are moles or tags. Moles must not be treated by medicines or some other procedures. They must always be surgically removed to prevent any complications in the future. However if they are tags, then I treat them in Karachi by spraying Liquid Nitrogen and they fall off in 5-7 days.
