Glutathione tablets are best taken empty stomach or 2-3 hours after food. If u have never taken such tablets before then take them 2-3 hours after food.

If u have dry and sensitive skin use Dermive sensitive skin moisturiser. But if u have just dry skin then try using hydrafx moisturiser. 2-3 times a day or as needed
