Talk to Dermatologist on Non Healing Wounds

Salam, I wanted to ask about my aunt’s non healing wounds on her right leg, she had a kind of pimple appeared on the front side of her leg around 1.5 years ago which expanded to a big wound in few weeks. She took several antibiotics & the wound got dead (no feeling at all). Now around 2 months same scenario happened again on the side of same leg (picture attached). This one is not dead yet & is painful, I have got her blood tests done & an ultrasound as well (attached). We consulted 2 surgeons so far, maybe both were not specialists for such disease, one of them said there’s no treatment for it as it’s a non healing ulcer, whereas the other one said that dead wound will have to be activated (which will be very painful) & the skin will have to be stretched & stitched. He said this will have to be done for every wound that may occur in future, he didn’t recommend any medication. Now i am totally confused about how we can resolve this problem?
