My father has a big black mole on back from 20 years and it goes sometimes and now I found these three flat small on belly no symptoms. He is a diabetic. Is this normal? Mole or what?? Posting 3 pics of same belly area.

if mole is changing colour,size or painful, thenit is better to get it checked and removed. otherwise, moles appear on fair skin.
