Assalamualaikum Iam using facewash which cause face dryness. But when I use moisturizer for dryness it cause acne on my face .kindly suggest oil free moisturizer for daily use pls .thanks

please book a consultation. use dove soap. or luminaire face wash. Remos lotion. apply daily.
You have to stop using the face wash you are using. Instead use a moisturizing face wash or don't use any thing - just plain water. If you still break acne then most probably you will need anti-acne preparations.
