Talk to Dermatologist on Oily Skin And Pimples

My skin was always oily but from last few days I am seeing too much oil on my face although I am washing my face again and again. Also whenever I touched my skin it feels like I have pimples under my skin layer which are not visible but can be feel by touching. I do not use any facewash nor any type of cream. Wash my face by Dove or Imperial leather soap bar. My water intake is also good enough but I feel like my skin is getting dull day by day. Please suggest me what should I do for this.

try using clean n clear face wash for sometime.
a good scrub would also help
