Talk to Dermatologist on Oily Skin Issue

I have this oily skin problem which I'm trying to get rid of for quite sometime. I wash my face and it's all good for an hour at least and then it's all oily again. No matter what I use. Regular soaps or face wash or scrubs. I get pimples but not an extent that I would call problematic. Just the oil doesn't go away. what should I do differently to relive myself of this excessive oily skin.
