From last few weeks bright red pinpointed red spots are appearing on my skin .they are smooth and flat not closer looks it seems kind of hemorrhage beneath my skin. kindly tell me are they age related angiomas? Any blood infection? Due to covid vaccination? Is there any treatment for them or they will disappear themselves?

yes its cherry angiomas which are not harmful ,if asymptomatic then no need to treat ,if cosmestic issues then lasers and cautery will be needed
