For microneedling to give his results, it should be used on a flat surface like cheeks. since nose is not flat and has a tip and ridge therefore microneedling will not do any good. open pores will still be there.
For the entire face with the exception of nose, PRF/PRP is really good. however for the nose, TCA peels has exceptionally very good results but not without some limitations eg non exposure to UV light.
