24/F married known case of Migrane taking pentoxal M tablet for it, having these oral ulcers from few months generally appears in summer but now continuous, used PPI ( beside NO hx of APD/GERD) , benjola gel, nilstat drops but ulcers dont go away completely, they appear after 1-2 weeks when recovered! NO hx of steroids or any other medical issues!

I don't know if the ulcers are brought on the medicine she is on. If that is the case then that medicine had to be reviewed by the prescribing physician.
There is often other reasons too for oral ulcers. Insufficient food intake, vitamin deficiency, dental problems and pharyngitis, tonsillitis etc etc.
You cannot have the condition treated online. First of all you must have a dental surgeon check her teeth and oral hygiene and then you have her examined by an ENT surgeon to diagnose and further treatment.
If not helped by any doctor, then let me examine her and I might be able to help her ulcers.

recurrent aphthous ulcers is major criteria of bechets disease. must get examined to rule it out and relevent tests advised. since its diagnosis is by ruling out other diseases i-e exclusion do detsiled history and examination is needed
