Talk to Dermatologist on Orange Nails

It's been a week I have developed orange nails... I have not use nail polish, it's been ages .... In past yes I was a cigrette smoker but for a very short time , now I have quit it been long, but using vape to ,very mild one to help with nicotine craving ... Please please help me out , see the pictures .. is it something serious ?? It has really freaked me out, I tried washing it like with many things but definitely it's something else ... Rest my foot nails are totally pink and healthy .. the only issue is this hand nails .. I really fear Allah na Karay any serious underlying condition :( ... Kindly please let me know what cause orange nails ;(
