Talk to Dermatologist on Pain In Nail And Finger

I cutted my nails 5 days ago and after since them. Iam feeling pain in the area near nail and I saw yesterday that the skin has swollen around nail and green iam attaching the picture below please tell me what to do as it is quite painful now

(clotrimazole, hexamidini diisetionas, prednisolone acetas)
2- dakatrin gel
3 betnovate
4- betagenic
5-benzyl peroxode
is any of these cream effective for this problem that i can use?
