I’ve got this pimple which is extremely painful the entire area feels very tender to touch, it’s hard and looks quite inflamed, what can i apply to heal it? I’ve had my c section 2 weeks back and currently breast feeding my child so pls suggest accordingly

start applying mupir ointment two times daily for 1 week and can apply warm compress to affected area and don't try to touch it
