I have this patch on the back from i think last year but that time it was very less now it is increasing and it is itchy as well when i sweat. Please tell me what is this because now it is increasing and yes! It is on one side like right side of the back

Looks like fungal infection called Tinea Versicolor. Please consult a Dermatologist near you and after confirmation will prescribe you antifungal medications.

Thanks for your assistance doctors actually due to strict lockdown here is Saudia i am unable to visit hospital and they are not even allowing us to go. This thing is spreading doctors and i also feel as per the symptoms that it is fungal infection

Thanks for sharing ur concernZ it’s a condition called tinea versicolor which is a fungal infection. u can get “ketoconazole shampoo†from a pharmacy and use it while bathing. Apply hydrozole cream on it once at night for 3-4 weeks
