Aslam o Alikum... i m a pcos patient since puberty and facing acne from 4 years... my acne does not go with topical medicines.. i didn't use any oral medicine bcz i this duration i got married and want to concieve... now the problem is that my acne is severe and leaving spots.... plzzz help ... what i should do????

I hope you are well. Issue is i need to see you to comment what kind of acne you are having and the grade. Depending, i can suggest you options.. indeed oral is the solution but as you want to conceive i cant get you on orals....
