Its melasma where sun precaution and application of Sunblock is absolutely necessary . But your question is can pigmentation return after laser therapy.... the answer is that its possible especially if you dont take sun protection measures. Told you " honestly" though I know people say it but dont like honest replies
Unfortunately there is no one treatment that will get rid of the dark patches. Any treatment done is unreliable. Dark marks will return back after sometime.
If you strictly avoid exposure of light especially sunlight, direct and indirect, the pigmentation will fade considerably by itself within 6 months. Don't eat palak at all.
