Talk to Dermatologist on Pigmentation And Freckles
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
Aoa sir, I am having the problem of hyperpigmentation and melasma on face and freckle on nose. Currently i am using vitamin c serum and Blemno plus cream recommended by a dr. But Still no improvement in 4 months. My Hb is normal. Can you please suggest some better medicine and treatment here. Looking for positive response. JazakALLAH

For Melasma I would suggest you get Microneedling, meso therapy or peeling, according to the depth of melasma. However Melasma is v resistant to treatment and have high recurrence rate.
