Pigmentation Or Something Else

Question

As shown in picture (Stomic Area) that there is pigmentation or some thing else. As my back (shoulder to hip) has now same colour of brown as the colour of some spots in picture. Now it is expanding toward front and arms. I have visited different skin specialist but invain. All asked to use Konaz lotion, but it not help much. Please guide.
