Talk to Dermatologist on Pimple In Lower Eye Lid

On monday I got a mild pain in my lower eyelid of left eye.
some hours later I saw a small pimple on that eyelid which is now growing bigger and bigger.
please tell me what to do.
My left eye is my lazy eye and I also have watery eyes from childhood.
