Talk to Dermatologist on Pimple, Inside Skin

Attached pic. orange ticked pimple i had 2 weeks ago. It have its head, its puss filled. It pains a lot. And it itched A LOT. But it didn't burst. All the hard thing is inside, i can feel it while touching. Black circle was the exact same type of pimple, it healed in almost 2 months, i tried to put patch on it to make it heal or burst, but it didn't. Now the skin at that place is flaky with brown mark. And red circle pimple also has become a hard bump. I didn't had any acne issue during my puberty or in my 20s chnge in diet. No chemical application.
