Talk to Dermatologist on Pimple Like Bump On Penis

Im 25 years old and I noticed first this lesion 3 months back. I thought it to be a usual pimple and was thinking that it will go away on its own. BUT it's still there. Sexual history is positive They were only two at first one at base of shaft which one on the shaft of penis when I shaved my pubic hair the one on base got cut on it and it bleeded little bit. since then I think they have increased in that area And I am verry worried. Is there any treatment available for them or not Kindly guide me want to talk to some dermatologist.
