Talk to Dermatologist on Pimple On Base Of Penis

Hi doctors, I've had these small whiteheads on the lower part of my penis from sometime, I don't know what are they?? Are these Fordyce spots? Also since today, I've this big red pimple on the base of my penis, it doesn't itch or hurt or no pus or blood has come so far is it something alarming? Or do I need to have a good hygiene??
They definitely are not Fordyce Spots. They look like subcutaneous nodules. Please consult a Dermatologist for clinical examination and treatment.

Could these be folliculitis? Should I apply fuscidin cream on it? Doctors are not available in clinics these days, I'm worried.

No I don't think it is serious in nature. If it starts to get bigger or becomes painful in a very short period of time then we must worry. But at the moment it could be a folliculitis. Apply fucidin cream twice daily for one week and see what change occurs. If it resolved fine. If not come to my clinic at dou Talwar clinic for me examine it closely.
