It is a hair follicle infection called a boil. Use Tab Klaracid 500mg x Twice a day and Fucidin oint thrice daily. Both for 5 days
This looks like a small ulcer to me. Better get it checked by someone trained in sexual health. Just for the peace of mind. Perhaps I am wrong, but this doesn’t look like a boil to me.
