Pimple With Swelling In Underarm During Pregnancy

hi my wife is 22 weeks pregnant
she just had a pimple in her underarm which is now getting bad with time, condition can be seen in pics
considering her pregnancy what is the best solution in the present scenario
pain is growing alot and arm cannot be moved alot due swelling

Since no picture, therefore if that pimple is small then perhaps only ointments might help her, but if it an abscess then my advice to you is to have that drained by a surgeon.
