Pimples After Wax

Almost a week before I waxed my back .after 5,6days of wax pimple in clusters grew on my back? What should I apply on these pimples dries up and also doesn&rsquo;t leave marks on my back ?

there could be number of reasons for the pimples, from ingrown hair to infection.  Please apply cream fusac h twice daily for 5 days . Visit a dermatologist if possible.
