the better option is laser instead of waxing. Black spots can be broken hair left and pimples are normal side effect of waxing. nevertheless nothing can said without examination. visit some dermatologist near u and get assessed.

stop it for a while until ingrown hair is resolve no waxing or shaving.
clean the area properly,apply warm compression, don't wear tight underwear and clothing.
