I have these types of pimples on face I don't know whether they r pimples or just clogged pores... But they look horrible... And also lots of white heads and blackheads on nose.. Nose is oily but it feels like it is dry like chapped lips... Jese lips dry hon to us pe se skin utarti hai wese he nose hai... Please tell me what to do

it's very difficult to diagnose your skin disorder because picture is out of focus when enlarged and I see dandruff toe of rash all over your face. I need a good history of the disorder and your need a thorough examination including examination of your scalp, chest and upper back.
