Talk to Dermatologist on Pimples On My Labia

Hi doct, I'm a virgin living with my parents and I'm a bit worried about some symptoms I've been experiencing. I've noticed that my vagina looks wrinkled, dry, hyperpigmented, and has some scarring. I've tried popping the bumps, which has helped with the scarring, but I'm still unsure if this could be a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Is there medication for these symptoms.
