Talk to Dermatologist on Plaque Psoriasis

I was diagnosed with psoriasis 7 months ago , a lot of appointments. Now dr Shahid Akhtar Rasool prescribed me Methotrexate 10mg once a week and Cyclosporine 100mg capsule twice a day . Firstly it stopped a bit but last few days se me stress b le leta cuz I was an anxiety patient too but I don’t know ab kia ho rha too much uncontrollable now chest and face per b a rha . Pls suggest me what to do or kese is ko controlled phase me laun pls humble request
