Dear patient book appointment in order to get proper diagnosis and treatment. There are many causes of hair fall, dandruff . Regards.
Best would be to come see a doctor. What you call dandruff could be one of many other conditions. If we prescribe something over a messenger without seeing you would be giving you a blanket cover and it’s almost certain your condition will return. Please make an effort and see a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
If you are in Karachi, please take an appointment to see me tomorrow afternoon at my Clifton clinic. Your condition must be investigated thoroughly soon and treated otherwise you may get bald at this young age.

Since when ? patchy hair loss or is it all over the scalp? itching? and rash on the body anywhere? did u try any medicine before ? which shampoo are u using ? More details are important to know and treat the cause or ur problem. Hope that helps. Stay home stay safer
I am afraid you live very far Karachi otherwise I would have requested you to come to my clinic at Karachi for hair loss treatment and it's management.
Please check if you have qualified and experienced Dermatologist in your area and have your scalp examined for any pathology causing hair loss. If you have male pattern baldness then certain topical lotions and oral medicines may be prescribed.
