Asking for Self, Female, 51 years old, Karachi
AoA I got Covid in late July. Was on 30 mg dexamethasone, 25 mg deltacortil along with other medicines; and 20-22 liters per day, for 6 weeks. 5 days after my medication ended, I developed skin rash on the back, shoulder and upper arms. It gradually spread to the knees. Was treated for hives, then urticaria. Given 25 mg deltacortil again for 10 days. Problem still persists after 6 weeks. Last week I was again treated for Scabies this time, although I did try to explain to the dermatologist that no one in the house has this rash. I have not come into contact with anyone, still I was given oral and local medicine for scabies. I was also given Betaderm and Zarnol, Atrax and Fexit. 5 days on, the problem is still there. From the back of the head to the knees, and everywhere in-between, I have rashes that look like a cross between measles and chicken pox. Itching is unbearable, I cannot sleep Please please help me
