Talk to Dermatologist on Pregnancy Safe Burns Ointment

My wife is 25 week pregnant. She burnt her hand with hot oil 4 days ago. A couple of spots still seem to be blistered and occasionally ooze watery discharge. We visited a nearby ER and the duty staff suggested Quench cream. We forgot to inform them about her condition and product pamphlet says to avoid during pregnancy. We are reluctant to use it. Any alternative ointment that she can use?
