The way I do the PRP treatment it has excellent results with filling of the old acne scars. I given PRP injections between the two layers of the skin using extremely thin needles (intra-dermal) and I break adhesions in the scar base to facilitate it's treatment. I am doing these because I have undergone PRP training in the US. I prepare my PRP in special PRP kits and I get 100% platelet in that. Whereas others doctors are preparing PRP in test tubes and they get around 35-45% of platelets from your blood.

After saying so much, the results of PRP depends on the doctor and the method he employs to extract platelet. Besides very very few doctors in Pakistan give intra-dermal injections. It needs special training.

I cannot ask you to come to Karachi for PRP because it's too far away from your home. I think you find out the details / method of PRP from your doctor.
