I hv been diagnosed wd psoriasis since childhood..but now after two kids its spread quite a lot..patches on whole legs n arms also n head.got steroidal creams but not that effective..any other treatment
There are many treatment options for Psoriasis. The choice of treatment depends upon various factors like area of skin involved, how much skin is involved etc etc.
Generally speaking if disease is widespread then in addition to cream/ ointments some other options have to be used like oral treatment (Tablets, Capsule, injections ) or light treatment ( NARROWBAND ULTRAVIOLET B THERAPY).
So please consult Dermatologist for clinical assessment and proper treatment

all oral medicines have serious side effects which we cant afford.
if we follow these things in our life then we can keep ourselves away from medicines.
1. bad: all diaries, chocolates, sweets, sugar, bakery, fast food, cold drinks, red meat.
2. good. water intake, green fresh salad, apple, oat, salmon fish, turmeric, olives, walnuts, quinoa, 7-8 hours sleeping, walk, moisturize skin after bath. apply coconut oil as an ointment.
