Pus, Pilonidal Cyst

Question

i think i have a pilonidal cyst on top of my buttock. i googled my symptoms and they matched with that i have. (pain in area, foul smelling pus). i remember having this once or twice before some years ago and it resolved on its own. should i be worried? plz if there are some medicines then suggest me please
