Talk to Dermatologist on Pus Pimple- Pregnancy

Ive got this painful pus filled pimple since 6 days on my lip, initially I thought it’s a pimple and will go away so i tried icing, warm compresses and applied fresh aloe vera gel but it’s not getting better, the pus drains out but fills in again, pls suggest something i can apply on that to heal quickly as i can't even eat, talk or even rinse my mouth because of it. I'm 24 weeks pregnant so pls suggest accordingly.
